POOR READING HABIT AMONG STUDENTS

         Mankind greatest discovering is that knowledge and understanding can be communicated, excellence can be told and faith can be encouraged. It have become a tradition that most students in tertiary institution no longer study to know rather to pass there quiz and exam which is a inappropriate. Most of the students end up not achieving success in their studies which include students leaving the major priority in school to pursue shadows,lack of proper guidance. A student who wants to develop a good reading habit have access to books necessary to the field of appointment but today they are who prefer expensive handset for chat, snap and upload to basic and essential textbook. A mass communication Lecturer Mr Ofodile once said and I quote "You must be erudite in all area,you can't expect a lecturer to pass you when you refuse to study,as a matter of fact most students prefer chatting all day than reading,trying to sort your way out might favour you today but tomorrow the world will listen to you and then you know what you've really done to yourself". unquote, to collaborate this assertion experts says investing one hour reading to learn about oneself and the field of studying can make one award expect in five years.
  An American scholars Charles E. Jones
once said and I quote "You are the same as you will be in five years from now except for two things the books you're reading and people you meet". Unquote,being an unyielding reader is one of the surest way to rise above the crowd of average.The ability to express confidence in area of discipline and an erudite employee is the most important thing and not to pass exam.
